Used this company for home inspection before purchasing our home,to see what the issues were, well they failed to mention the leak in the roof, leak in the shower and the faulty water heater. so in the 7 months we have lived in our home we've replaced all 3, including the floors because of the water damage. I know we are just a paycheck to these guys per home but for newly weds to buy a new home and go through these nightmares really sucks. All I can say is have pride in what you do, your decisions can cost homeowners a ton of money.
